Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. All non-surgical hair replacement services begin with a consultation. Hair loss is complex and highly individual, so a consultation ensures we can properly assess your needs and recommend appropriate options.
Yes. Our consultations are complimentary. We believe education and trust should come first. The consultation is a time for discussion, assessment, and guidance—not pressure or commitment.
The pre-consultation form allows us to review your hair history, lifestyle, and goals before meeting you. This helps us prepare for your consultation and ensures we can offer realistic, informed recommendations.
It also helps determine whether we are the right fit for your needs before scheduling.
We review forms personally and aim to respond within 24–48 business hours. If we feel we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a booking link to schedule your consultation. In the case of us feeling we may not be a fit, we almost always have a recommendation and/or referral for you.
No. Submitting the form does not guarantee service. We review each submission to ensure we can ethically and realistically support your needs before moving forward.

Your consultation helps determine which options are appropriate for you.
No. Consultations are educational and pressure-free. You are never required to book a service or make a decision during your consultation.
Our salon is an open space, meaning consultations are not held in a private room. However, all consultations are conducted discreetly and professionally.
If you would prefer additional privacy, a privacy screen can be set up upon request
Yes. We believe in transparency. General pricing ranges and maintenance expectations will be discussed so you can make informed decisions without surprises. Typically, a client’s initial investment can range from @$850 - $3k (this represents the range for service PLUS hair and materials, i.e. the TOTAL initial investment)
Absolutely. Hair loss is deeply personal. Our approach is compassionate, grounded, and respectful. You are always welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
We work with many different causes of hair loss and thinning, including genetic hair loss, hormonal changes, medical-related hair loss, and stress or trauma-related shedding. This includes conditions such as alopecia (including frontal fibrosing alopecia), trichotillomania, PCOS-related thinning, postpartum or menopausal changes, and hair loss following medical treatments such as chemotherapy.
Because every hair loss journey is unique, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Your consultation allows us to understand your specific situation and determine which non-surgical options can best support your comfort, scalp health, and long-term goals.
No. We do not diagnose medical or dermatological conditions. While we are experienced in working with many types of hair loss, diagnosis and medical treatment must come from a licensed medical professional such as a dermatologist or healthcare provider.
Our role is to support you cosmetically by offering non-surgical hair replacement options that align with your diagnosis, symptoms, lifestyle, and comfort level. We’re always happy to collaborate within the guidance of your medical care when applicable.
We work exclusively with top manufacturers that provide 100% human Remy hair with the cuticle intact and aligned. This ensures a more natural look and feel, better longevity, and smoother wear over time.
Using high-quality, ethically sourced hair allows us to customize color, texture, and styling while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair system.
Gentle hair extensions are hair extension methods designed to enhance fullness or length without stressing your scalp or damaging your natural hair.
We use lightweight, low-tension techniques and high-quality materials—such as 100% Human Remy cuticle-aligned hair, soft silicone-lined beads, fine moisture-wicking thread, and even sometimes build a mesh foundation—so the hair can move naturally and the scalp can breathe.
Every method is chosen and customized with one priority in mind: protecting the health of your scalp and preserving the integrity of your existing hair while delivering a natural, comfortable result.
A permanent hair topper is a fully customized hairpiece designed to restore fullness at the crown and remain securely attached at all times, so the client does not need to take it on or off daily.
After selecting a topper tailored to each client’s hair loss pattern, lifestyle, and density needs, a gentle bead-and-sew method is used to attach it to the client’s bio hair. This technique is intentionally designed to add no additional tension, stress, or damage to the natural hair or scalp.
Permanent hair toppers do require regular maintenance appointments— which we’ll walk you through during your consultation .
Mesh integration is a non-surgical hair replacement option designed for people with overall or diffuse hair thinning. A fine, breathable mesh is gently attached to the clients natural hair, and added hair is integrated into the mesh to create even coverage and natural-looking fullness. It’s a comfortable, long-term solution that moves and feels like your own hair and does require regular maintenance, which we’ll walk you through during your consultation.
Yes. We offer both temporary hair toppers and custom bespoke wigs, which are designed to be applied and removed by the client at home. These two options do not require regular in-salon maintenance appointments.
These options can be a good fit for clients who prefer flexibility, want minimal ongoing appointments, or are exploring hair replacement for the first time. During your consultation, we’ll discuss whether a temporary topper is appropriate for your hair, lifestyle, and goals, or if another solution may offer better long-term support.
